  1. In a pan boil the water add salt and vinegar,add soya chunks, boil them until they get soft.
  2. Strain it with the help of strainer, do not squeeze water from them, now marinate them with curd.
  3. For gravy grind tomato, ginger, garlic, dry red chillies and make a fine paste.
  4. Deep fry the onions on medium flame, till they turns light brown. After cool down, grind them and make a fine paste.
  5. Heat oil in a pan add dal chini, cloves, badi elaichi and jeera after 5 seconds add tomato paste, salt saute it until masala leaves the sides of pan.
  6. Now add haldi, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, jeera powder and mix it well.
  7. Add soya chunks, garam masala and mix it well.
  8. Now add some water so that soya chunks increase easily, cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  9. Now add kashti methi.
