  2. After 15 minutes roll out the dough in rectangle shape repeat same process 3 times. After that dividing chapati into 2 parts make 2 chapati.cover with butter paper and place in the fridge
  3. Take 1 Puff pastry sheet, arrange Schezwan noodles as picture shown cover with 2nd puff sheet, cut into equal portions and twist each part in similar shape picture shown as, put a straw in middle, don't touch middle part of sheet and blow air with the help of straw, remove straw and pack quickly.
  4. Place puff pastry sheet give an oil wash, with the help of Brush in the preheated 180 C oven for 40 minutes.
  5. Schezwan Noodles -In nonstick kadhai add chopped onion fry 2 sec add ginger, garlic ch fry it add sliced veg like carrot, capsicum, cabbage, then add Hakka noodles add schezwan crushed pepper, salt,schezwan sauce and vinegar cook 2 minutes.
