  3. In a pan heat ghee and add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies
  4. Add chopped pumpkin. Stir and add rice flour
  5. Add roasted besan and stir well
  6. Add salt, Aamchur powder and stir well, set aside. Cool to make Kababs
  7. Make the Kababs
  8. In a plate add almond powder, smear the Kababs
  9. In a pan heat ghee and pan fry the Kababs
  10. Enjoy with Kasundi
