- Get Manchurian balls
- Get 4-6 Cauliflower small flowers
- Make ready 10-15 piece Corn
- Take Half finely chopped onion and capsicum
- Prepare 1 Onion and capsicum
- Make ready as per taste Chilli sauce
- Prepare 1-2 tsp Panner
- Prepare Fried rice
- Prepare 10-12 piece Corn
- Get 1 Chopped onion and capsicum
- Make ready as needed Fried panner
- Get 10-12 pieces Green peas
- Take as needed Chili sauce
Instructions to make Chinese platter:

- Add black pepper, and salt with fried patato cook For 2 minutes.
- For the buttery chilli patato all process is same till patato fried. Now take 2 tsp of butter with 1 tsp of oil add finely chop onion cook for 1 minutes add fried patato again add 1 tsp butter and cook for 1 minutes serve with Mayo and Ketchup dip.
- Chilli Panner : cut the Panner into desired shape add black pepper and salt with red colour mix lightly coat it arrarot. Fry in hot oil
- In another pan take 2 tsp oil and 1 tsp. Butter add onion and capsicum. Add 2 tsp chilli sauce cook for a while. Add 1.5 tsp of white liquid with fried Panner cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot
- In a pan add water boil corn and cauliflower till soften. After that leave it for completely leave. Crushed the cauliflower.
- In a bowl add cauliflower, corn, onion, capsicum, carrot, beetroot any of the available vegetables and 1 tsp crushed Panner. Mix them. Add 2 tsp of arrarot and pinch of black pepper and salt combine them. Till tight dough. Grease your hand and make them in Balls.
- Hot the oil and fried them Till crispy brown. Take 3 tsp of ready made manchurian soup with 2 cup of water mix well. To. Avoid lumbs add 1 tsp butter, chilli sauce and half tsp of white liquid mix all together.

- Serve with few pieces of fried Panner or manchurian balls.
