- Heat pan,add peanuts and roast on medium flame for 3-4 minutes,and grind into a powder.
- Take a bowl add,boiled potatoes,add makhana powder,add peanut powder,green chilli, red chilli powder,ginger,rasins, amchur powder,rocksalt, cumin powder,and coriander leaves and mix well and make a dough.
- Grease hands with oil and make round tikki.
- Shallow fry theme in some oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
