- Put the hung curd, paneer, condensed milk in the food processor jar, make a smooth paste
- In the milk and the saffron
- Mix 1 pinch saffron milk in the curd paneer mixture
- Put aluminium foil into the sandesh mould and pour the mixture into it, spread the rest saffron on it. Cover the mould with another foil completely so that there is no gap anywhere.
- Put water in a large vessel and keep a steel stand into it and let the water boil.
- Now gently put the sandesh mould on the steel stand, the mould should be half merged into the water. Cover the vessel
- In slow flame steam it for 35 minutes, remove from the vessel, let it come to room temperature, keep it in the fridge
- After 1 hour demould and cut the sandesh according to your choice and serve
