- Add oil to a pan
- Add in mustard and wait till it splutters
- Add red chilli and curry leaves
- Add the coconut, garlic and green chilli paste to the pan and let it boil for 1 min
- Add the boiled tapioca, salt and curd and stir till it consistency reaches that of aviyal
- Garnish with coriander leaves
