- Then add another straight cut tomatoes,rajma and paneer.add lemon juice and coriander and mix well.
- Put lid and cook for 5 minutes and then switch off the flame and keep aside this rajma mixture.
- Take roti.cut half. Now take the one of roti keep it on the other half in shape of Plus.+
- Apply tomato sauce. Spread the rajma stuffing in the middle of the roti.1. Now fold the roti from the four sides.
- Now you can observe that the roti becomes a shape of the pocket.
- Repeat the process for all remaining roties.heat the sandwich toaster apply ghee or butter and then keep these pockets on it. Now close the machine. Once check after 4 minutes.
