  5. roll the square soft taco into cone, starting at one long end ,tucking the point slightly in to close it.
  6. add some pea shoots into bottom of each cone, add some quorn, pea shoots ,onion and tomato.
  7. add a littke guacamole and sour cream mix
  8. add more quorn, onion,tomato and pea shoots.
  9. serve with more sour cream and guacamole on side
