- In a pan heat ghee, lower the flame add beetroot and roast till the raw smells goes
- Once done add coconut powder, mix nicely, cook till coconut is roasted
- Add this stage add sugar powder and cardamom powder, mix nicely, now add milk powder continue mixing and stirring
- If the mixture is dry add milk mix and switch off the flame.
- Remove the mixture in greased plate.
- Peel soaked almonds and cut in slices garnish burfi with the almonds.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or till set, cut in desired shape and serve. Its healthy, tasty and looks good Happy Diwali🎉
