  2. Mix the hung curd and condensed milk together and beat it with a beater
  3. Add saffron dipped milk and vanilla essence
  4. Grease a bowl with butter and pour in the prepared curd and condensed milk
  5. Top it with chopped nuts of your choice
  6. Cover the bowl with aluminium foil
  7. Keep the bowl on a steamer and steam for 20 mins
  8. This will set the curd. After it cools down refrigerate the same for at least 30 mins
  9. Delicious bhapa doi is ready!! You can serve the same after adding more nuts to it if you want. Enjoy!
