- Take two cups of sour curd and tie it up in a muslin cloth and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hrs to drain out the water
- Mix the hung curd and condensed milk together and beat it with a beater
- Add saffron dipped milk and vanilla essence
- Grease a bowl with butter and pour in the prepared curd and condensed milk
- Top it with chopped nuts of your choice
- Cover the bowl with aluminium foil
- Keep the bowl on a steamer and steam for 20 mins
- This will set the curd. After it cools down refrigerate the same for at least 30 mins
- Delicious bhapa doi is ready!! You can serve the same after adding more nuts to it if you want. Enjoy!
