- Take one big bowl add soya chunks and ginger garlic paste, curd, all the dry masala. And mix them well.
- Now add, corn starch, Maida, and mix them well. Don't mix the water.
- Now fry till golden brown and crisp. Enjoy the soyachunks with green chutney or tomato sauce.
