- Make ready ¼ tsp pepper
- Take ¼ tsp crushed salt
- Prepare Slurry
- Get 1 tsp corn flour
- Take ¼ cup water
Steps to make Soyabean chilly:
- Firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli on high flame
- Also, saute onion high flame
- Further, add 10 cubes capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour
- Additionally, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.
- Mix well and saute for a minute. - - add cornflour slurry and mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy.
- Additionally, add fried soya chunks and mix well. - - finally, transfer soya chilli to a serving bowl
